We’re calling on boutique stallholders to join us for two magical days of festive trading at one of Sydney’s most anticipated Christmas events — The Sydney Boutique Markets Christmas Festival!
This is your opportunity to be part of a high-quality, large-scale Christmas shopping and entertainment experience, held at the vibrant Castle Hill Showground — just days before Christmas!
Location: Aub Juleff Arena, Castle Hill Showground, Showground Road, Castle Hill 2154.

Stallholder Details:
- Stall price on application
- Outdoor event located on Grass.
- Must have your own 3x3m gazebo, gazebo leg weights
- You must have your own Public Liability Insurance.
- You must have your own display equipment including tables and tablecloths. Bring along battery operated lighting for the evening trade.
- This event will proceed in light wind & rain. There is no backup date for this event. No refunds or credits will be applied if the event is deemed dangerous to proceed due to extreme weather conditions.
